Order Processing & Delivery Time
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may be slightly delayed due to peak seasons, weather conditions, or carrier operational issues beyond our control.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Eligibility
Our standard shipping rate is a flat rate of $9.99 for all eligible orders. Free standard shipping is offered for all orders with a subtotal of $50 or more.
Shipping Coverage
At this time, Buff City Soap only ships to the contiguous United States. We are working to expand our shipping coverage to more regions in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check all your shipping information, including your full address, unit number, and zip code, before completing checkout. No address modifications or order alterations can be made once an order is placed.
Buff City Soap is not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered items caused by incorrect customer input or browser autofill errors. No refunds or replacements will be provided for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer-side mistakes.
Frozen Liquid Laundry Soap Care
It is normal for liquid laundry soap to freeze during cold transit, and freezing will not affect the product’s quality, safety, or effectiveness, regardless of fragrance formulation.
If your liquid soap arrives frozen, simply let it thaw naturally at room temperature. Once fully thawed, shake the product gently before use, and it will return to its normal condition.
